ABOUT US

Before we embarked on this journey, we were just two property owners who had the same goal as every landlord, to maximise the potential of our hard earned assets with as little trouble as possible. 

Thanks to many long discussions we found that we were both stumbling upon the same issues when trying to maximise the annual turnover for our properties and we knew that there was a lot of room for improvement.

Our main issues were surrounding maintenance, problem tenants and long void periods.

After months of problem solving, relationship building and deal making we have managed to increase our properties annual turnover by an average of 25% and have done this while significantly reducing the headaches that are usually synonymous with property management. 

We believe we have found a solution that we can use to help other landlords achieve the best results possible from their residential properties.

Guaranteed Rental Income

We guarantee landlords their monthly rent regardless of how much their properties are generating.

We take on the risk so you don't have to.

Furnish and Decorate

Once receiving the keys, we will send in a team who will furnish and decorate each property to meet our high standards. This expense will be covered by ourselves entirely.

Zero Void Periods

Whether the property is full every month or empty, landlords will experience no loss in their monthly income and therefore no longer need to worry about void periods.

Zero Fees

We do not charge any fees for any of our services. 

We also cover all utility bills and council tax payments.

In-House Maintenance

We have a network of skilled and qualified tradesmen who will go in and repair any damages or wear and tear that may occur. This is at no cost to the landlord.

Long Term Agreements

We typically take on a property for a period of 3 or 4 years, after which we will sit down with each landlord and discuss an extended period. 

HOW WE WORK WITH LANDLORDS

Assessment of Property Potential

The first step involves a property viewing and assessment, as well as a long discussion with the landlord so they can ask any questions they may have. 

After this stage, a conditional offer will be made. We pay more than you think!

Financials and Legals Discussion

At this stage the landlord will have a chance to look through the legal and financial information in more detail and raise any questions or concerns. We aim to cater to the landlords needs and help them achieve as much peace of mind as possible.

Inventory & Offer

This is when we send in a team to do an inventory check.

 

Upon completion, a formal offer will be made and both parties sign the letting agreement! 

Handover

The handover of the property commences and we send in our team to furnish and decorate the property where necessary. 

The entire process from Stage 1 to 4 can take as little as 1 week.
