Our agreement with you is a commercial property lease, not an AST or APT. The Renters' Rights Act 2025 — Section 21 abolition, periodic tenancies, and the new eviction procedures, all now in force — simply does not apply to your agreement with us. We are specialists in this structure and it is a core part of how our model protects landlords.
We Furnish & Provide White Goods
We furnish properties ourselves — including all white goods. No cost or effort to the landlord. We prefer unfurnished properties but can discuss alternatives.
